$249 per calendar month covers exactly 40 unrestricted fieldwork hours. The total includes 60 minutes of individual supervision and 60 minutes of mandatory group supervision. Meetings, project work and feedback take place entirely online.
Client-based fieldwork

The BASN contracts with The Homework Monitors and other organizations around the country for OBM, manager support and employee training.
Begin with a defined organizational problem and examine what may be affecting performance. You collaborate with managers and interact directly with employees when the project includes it. Your BCBA supervisor helps you connect the information you gather to a practical next step, then reviews the activities and records with you online.
- Assess the work. Interview staff, observe approved activities and define performance measures.
- Develop a useful tool. Build training materials, a checklist or a manager-feedback process.
- Review and refine. Discuss your reasoning and revise your work with your BCBA supervisor.

Your supervisor’s experience
BCBA supervision grounded in OBM practice.
Your assigned BCBA supervisor holds an OBM certificate and has experience conducting Organizational Behavior Management in corporate settings as a BCBA. You work with your supervisor on the assessment, measurement and feedback decisions your project requires.

Client projects, live online observation, BCBA supervision and BACB fieldwork documentation signed in the program, including the contract, Monthly Fieldwork Verification Forms (M-FVFs) and Final Fieldwork Verification Form (F-FVF), are coordinated remotely from The BASN’s OBM practice in Virginia.
The BASN coordinates its organizational projects and supervision through its Virginia practice. Founder Matthew Hilley, a Virginia-licensed BCBA, oversees the firm’s 20 BCBA supervisors and approves the program’s fieldwork activities. Your assigned BCBA supervisor guides your work. Applicable requirements depend on the activities and locations involved.

Already completing fieldwork at another practice? Add this 40-hour OBM package each month while continuing your current placement. All 40 hours through The BASN are unrestricted fieldwork, focused on organizational assessment, training and performance improvement.
A trainee may hold up to four active BASN packages through The BASN. Each package is a separate fieldwork experience with its own assigned BCBA supervisor, separate BASN-provided organizational client/project, supervision, records and verification workflow. All BASN packages and any fieldwork collected elsewhere must stay within the 160-hour calendar-month maximum.
Groups have a maximum of 10 trainees. Group supervision takes place on weekends, with Saturday or Sunday options for trainees across the United States. Individual supervision is scheduled separately from planned synchronous client observation sessions.
Observation and feedback

Client observation takes place live online with your BCBA supervisor present. Each trainee’s activities and observation are documented individually. The BACB allows online meetings and observations within a fieldwork arrangement involving clients known to and overseen by the supervisor. Read the BACB’s guidance on remote supervision.
Bring a draft, the information behind it and the decision you need to make to individual supervision. Your BCBA supervisor helps you examine what your measure captures, whether your recommendation fits the workplace and how to revise your work. Group supervision gives you another setting to discuss behavior-analytic questions with your supervisor and other trainees.
Records and communication

The BASN will contact you directly about your paperwork and supervisor assignment. Your supervisor coordinates project communication, meetings, fieldwork documentation and feedback with you. Find current trainee support.
Your BCBA supervisor reviews your monthly fieldwork verification forms for accuracy and coordinates their completion with you. Contact The BASN for supervisor changes or group supervision scheduling. Ask The BASN about options that fit your schedule.

The BASN confirms your start after the required paperwork. Your BCBA supervisor coordinates project scheduling with you.
The Standard package is $249 per calendar month for exactly 40 unrestricted hours under the 2027 requirements. Use public enrollment for your first package. Contact The BASN if you want to add another package later, up to four active packages total.
No minimum commitment. Join for one month or continue for as long as the program remains helpful. The package is $249 per calendar month for exactly 40 unrestricted fieldwork hours.
