You can build your fieldwork experience through The BASN or add 40 unrestricted OBM hours per calendar month alongside another placement. Your supervisor coordinates the client project, live observation, supervision and documentation with you. Your degree and coursework are completed through your academic program.

No. The BASN provides the organizational client and project for each package. You work on an actual performance problem with your BCBA supervisor, using client information to assess the problem, develop recommendations and evaluate changes. Depending on the project, you may collaborate with managers and interact with employees.

The 12-week project involved 20 tutors and four managers. The results shown on the project page are actual project results. Student grades and executive-functioning outcomes were not measured. The checklist and manager-feedback prompts are recreated examples, separate from the actual project records.

Our firm has 20 BCBA supervisors specializing in Organizational Behavior Management. Across the firm, qualifications include master’s and doctoral degrees in behavior analysis, BCBA certification and graduate training in OBM. Qualifications vary by supervisor.
