Know which month your payment covers.
The Standard package costs $249 per calendar month for exactly 40 unrestricted fieldwork hours under the 2027 requirements.
- First payment
- $249 is charged at checkout. It covers your selected first calendar month, including when that month is in the future.
- Recurring billing
- The next charge is on the first day of the following month. Billing continues monthly under your signed agreement and subscription.
- Example
- If December is your selected first month, the initial payment covers December. Recurring billing begins January 1.
- Before you pay
- Review the selected month, first payment and recurring dates shown on the payment page. The BASN will contact you directly to complete your supervision agreement and any required addendum before confirming your start.
Enrollment and money-back guarantee
Payment is part of enrollment. Acceptance is generally immediate; applicants who fail entrance requirements receive a tuition refund.
We assign you a qualified BCBA supervisor who is currently certified and licensed as required in your jurisdiction. We guarantee your BASN fieldwork hours will count toward BCBA certification and applicable state licensure when you meet the requirements in the BACB’s handbook and applicable state rules.
If an eligibility issue cannot be resolved, you receive a full refund.
What the monthly package includes
The 40 hours include 60 minutes of individual supervision and 60 minutes of mandatory group supervision, with groups limited to 10 student analysts. The package also includes client-based OBM fieldwork access, fieldwork documentation and supervisor review, scheduling and assigned supervision.
Each package has its own billing and package identity. Your first package begins through public enrollment. Contact The BASN if you want to add another package later, up to four active packages. Each added package stays separate with its own assigned BCBA supervisor and BASN-provided organizational client/project.
No minimum commitment. Join for one month or continue for as long as the program remains helpful. To cancel, email hello@thebasn.com up to the day before your next monthly charge. Your current paid month remains active. Review your agreement for the applicable payment, cancellation and participation terms.
