Behavior Analyst Supervision Network is a DBA of Applied Behavior Analysts, PLLC. This notice explains the information handled by our public website.

Current website submissions
General questions collect your email address, selected topic and message so we can reply directly. Supervision enrollment collects contact details, your fieldwork plan, certification pathway, desired start month, current fieldwork situation, optional paperwork notes and acknowledgments.
If you sign a supervision agreement, we retain the signed text, signature details, version and time of signing. The payment process also records transaction references and payment status.
Historical requests
Earlier contact requests collected the adult requester’s name, email, state, chosen service, consent and any optional phone number or preferred times provided. Existing records and replies are retained and remain accessible through their private receipt paths. These earlier request forms remain closed.
How information is used
The BASN uses submissions to respond to questions, arrange next steps, administer enrollment and agreements, reconcile payments and manage existing records. Submitting an earlier contact request did not sign the requester up for a marketing mailing list.
Website and service providers
Wix hosts the public website and stores its form submissions. Authorized The BASN staff can review these records. Request and enrollment information can also be displayed in The BASN’s restricted owner workspace. Payment details entered into a payment provider’s checkout are handled by that provider.
Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as network addresses, browser information, cookies and request logs to deliver and protect their services. Their own privacy notices explain their practices. This website notice does not replace notices provided for separate participant services.
Question delivery and historical links
Current general questions are saved privately and emailed to The BASN owner for a direct response. They do not create a receipt code or require a return visit. Historical contact requests retain their original private receipt paths so those earlier records can remain available. Agreement and payment links can also provide access to your enrollment information.
Questions and corrections
Use our question form to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. The BASN may need to verify your identity before discussing an individual record. Recordkeeping obligations may limit what can be deleted.
Children’s information
Children should not submit personal information through these public forms. Historical requests concerning children used the parent or authorized adult’s own contact details.
Website measurement
When website analytics are permitted, this browser remembers the first public BASN page you visited and the most recent BASN page reached from a recognized search engine, for up to 30 days. We retain the page paths, a source category such as Google or Bing, and the time of each visit. This measurement does not retain search terms, full referring addresses, URL parameters or a separate visitor identifier.
If you enroll, this limited context is saved with your private enrollment record. The BASN compares it with confirmed initial payments to understand which pages help people find the program. Private reports contain grouped counts, without names, email addresses or payment identifiers. Renewals are not counted as new enrollments.
This measurement follows the website’s analytics consent setting and honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can also turn it off in this browser below. Declining measurement does not affect enrollment. Turning it off removes this browser’s saved page context; it does not delete a previously submitted enrollment record.
