- 60 minutes, included within the 40-hour total.
- Mandatory group supervision
- 60 minutes, included within the total. Groups have a maximum of 10 trainees. Group supervision takes place on weekends, with Saturday or Sunday options for trainees across the United States.
- Records and scheduling
- Fieldwork documentation, monthly verification-form review and scheduling coordinated with your assigned supervisor.
- Delivery
- Completely online client work and scheduled supervision.

Each 40-hour package includes a different BCBA supervisor and a different corporate client, with separate fieldwork records and verification.
Your combined fieldwork across BASN packages and other placements must stay within 160 hours per calendar month.

When payments happen
Your first month and recurring payments.
- At checkout: the first $249 payment is charged immediately and covers the first supervision month you select.
- Next payment: $249 is charged on the first day of your second supervision month.
- Following months: recurring payments continue on the first day of each month, subject to your signed agreement and subscription status.
For example, if you select December as your first supervision month, the initial payment covers December and the next payment is January 1. The payment page shows your exact dates before you pay.
The BASN will contact you directly to complete your supervision agreement and any required addendum before confirming your start. Historical signed agreements retain their original terms.

Client observation takes place live online with your BCBA supervisor present. Each trainee’s activities and observation are documented individually.
