About The BASN
Learn OBM with experienced BCBA supervisors.
The BASN gives student analysts a place to apply behavior analysis to employee performance and workplace systems. We provide the organizational clients and remote BCBA supervision that support that work.
Fieldwork with organizational clients.
A project gives you a performance question to investigate and a client who can use the work. You may interview managers, observe an approved process, define a measure or prepare a training activity. Trainees collaborate with managers and interact directly with employees when the project includes it. Your supervisor helps you connect those activities to assessment, measurement and decisions about the next step.
Our Virginia-based program was developed for BACB fieldwork supervision across the United States and is delivered completely online. If you live abroad, check the BACB’s current residency requirements and contact The BASN to discuss participation before enrolling.
The BASN contracts with The Homework Monitors and other organizations around the country for OBM, manager support and employee training.

Founder Matthew Hilley is a Virginia-licensed BCBA. He oversees The BASN’s 20 BCBA supervisors specializing in OBM and approves the program’s fieldwork activities for alignment with BACB supervision requirements. Trainees participate online, with organizational clients provided through our Virginia-based OBM practice.

Across the firm, qualifications include master’s and doctoral degrees in behavior analysis, BCBA certification and graduate training in OBM. Qualifications vary by supervisor.

For student analysts already gaining fieldwork at another practice, The BASN adds a structured way to apply ABA to employee performance and workplace systems. The monthly package provides 40 unrestricted hours with organizational clients, specialist supervision and a clear project workflow.
